Language Program

Deutsches Haus at New York University has conducted language courses since the late 1970s in close cooperation with the Goethe-Institut New York and is a licensed examination center of the Goethe-Institut.

The Language Program at Deutsches Haus operates on a quarterly schedule. Each quarter lasts 10 weeks except for summer quarter in which we offer two 5-week intensive programs which begin in mid-June and mid-July.

HOLIDAYS and MAKE-UP CLASSES:

Deutsches Haus follows the NYU academic holiday schedule. When Deutsches Haus is closed for a holiday, make-up classes for that day are scheduled at the end of the term.
